"Located in Fort Mason (behind Building D and E), this is a covered tree lot with a variety of trees to choose from. Paid parking lot ($3 for one hour). Free adult beverages and hot chocolate. Food for purchase. A volunteer will help bring your tree and tie it to your car. All the workers are volunteers and the proceeds go to charity. So the trees may be a bit more costly than a regular tree lot, but the experience is second to none."

"Got my pumpkin and Christmas tree here which is convenient because this is my neighborhood. I bought a middle pumpkin for 20 and a 6.5 feet Christmas tree for 135. I don’t think their price is cheap enough but the employees here are very nice and I can carry them home without car. If you live around this area, I think it worse to have your pumpkin or Christmas tree here."

There's a great tree selection and the workers are friendly. Price range from $30 to $120. I got a 5' tree for $40 after tax. Not too bad! Mine also came with a cute res bow."

The Delancey Tree Lot is part of an 11 year tradition for my husband and I. We always find a beautiful tree, and the people who work there are an all around really nice bunch of people. Holiday warmth abounds! Always a lovely experience. We are not looking forward to the day that they finally develop this lot.... how has it even been empty this many years? **Update 2019- they are finally developing the lot. We had to go to the Delancey lot at Castro Safeway instead this year, which was also a great experience!"
